Question 2: Is there any Home Delivery Service provided for Bulk Orders? Answer: Order Amount Exceeds SGD $200 >> FREE Islandwide Home Delivery Service. Order Amount Exceeds SGD $100 >> FREE North Areas Home Delivery Service. Order Amount Below SGD $100 >> Home Delivery Service can still be provided for a small fee of $5 Islandwide. Note: All Deliveries are done during Weekday nights (After 7pm onwards and ONLY for Local Addresses). |

Question 3: I don't feel safe giving you my Residential Address. Still possible for you to send the Items to me? Answer: Definitely..! All we need is a convenient meeting place, be it your Residential Block void deck, any MRT stations, a CoffeeShop near your house or anywhere which you think is convenient for you and we'll deliver your ordered items to your desired location. |

Question 4: Are there any Hidden Charges? (GST, Import Tax, etc) Answer: We make sure that All Charges are transparent to our customers so NO there will NEVER be any Hidden Charges involved. |

Question 5: Order already submitted for quite some time. Why is there no response? Answer: As soon as we receive your Order, we'll definitely get back to you in the shortest time possible. However, if after 3 days and you still haven't hear from us, please kindly do a re-send of the email to us again (Sometimes it could be the problem of the Mailing agents). |

Question 6: Is my Payment made safe in your hands? Or is this one of the scam Websites again? Answer: We know you'll definitely be concerned over this matter as much as we do. Question 7: Possible to cancel or make any changes to my Order after confirmation? Answer: Changes to Order after Confirmation >> Possible as long as it reaches us before the end of the month (ONLY a 1 time change is allowed). Cancellation of Order after Confirmation >> Payment will NOT be returned. Please do take note of this. |

Question 8: Just how long more do I have to wait for my ordered items to arrive??!! Answer: We'll always do our part and send all the Orders out on the 1st of every month but there are just some things in life which we really have no control over such as public holidays, natural disasters, etc which will cause unforeseen delays in the Shipment process. Therefore, this monthly spree is not really suitable for customers who do need the ordered items rather URGENTLY. To track the progress of your Order, you can always refer to our Latest Announcements page as all LATEST UPDATES will be shown there. |

Question 9: Ordered a total of 20 items but only 18 of them arrived. Will i get back my payment balance? Answer: No worries..! FULL REFUNDS will be returned for items which are Out Of Stock. |

Question 10: Received my items but realised that I've ordered some items wrongly. Possible for any changes? Answer: Unfortunately it is not possible. Therefore, we stress the importance of checking through your Order Form carefully first before sending it to us. |

Question 11: Frustrated that no one is picking up my call when i call on your Mobile..! What's happening? Answer: First of all, if this scenario does happen to you, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused and we do sincerely apologize. The reason why sometimes we aren't able to pick up the call is because we do have our own Full Time Jobs during the day and when it does get busy at times, we might not be able to answer it. We appreciate your understandings and in any cases if we really didn't manage to pick up your call, we'll be really thankful if you could send us your Request or Questions to our email or maybe drop us an SMS..! Upon receiving them, we'll definitely reply as soon as we can. |
